Relationship of Editor-in-Chief/ Field Editors and Publisher
The publication policy of the journal is reviewed at the meeting held in January every year, attended by the publisher, editor-in-chief and field editors, and if it is found appropriate to make changes, it is announced on the website of the journal. In case of disagreements, the final decision belongs to the publisher.
In case of a change of editor-in-chief and field editors, a three-month handover period will be passed where possible, with the new and former editor working together. This process should be guided by the new editor according to the amount of contribution the old editor can make.
It is essential that the retired Editors to complete the work related to the author submissions they have started. However, they can transfer the works to the new editor at their own discretion.
The previous editor's decisions remain intact as long as serious problems with the manuscript, such as plagiarism or data fabrication, are not detected.
After the change, the name of the new editor will be announced on the journal website.
